Booking Terms

Booking Terms: In line with other establishments we operate a 48hour cancellation policy.

All bookings must provide credit/debit card details or a cheque deposit
(with bank guarantee card details on the reverse).
At busy times of the year a first night's deposit may be required.

Conditions

Please Note: Check In is from 16:00 (earlier Check In is available if notified) Check Out is by 10:00. Arrival time after 22:00 by arrangement only. Regrettably we cannot accept pets.

No Smoking Policy
Guest's who smoke anywhere in the house, will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning cost incurred chargeable to the guest's credit/debit card. (As stated in Guest House room brochure terms and conditions)

Support for the Mobility Impaired

A portable ramp is provided for ease of access for wheel chair and mobility chair users to the front door.
Our ground floor ensuite room is easily accessible to the dining room next door.
Mobility scooters can be left overnight in the locked dining room to recharge.
